Paw Paw Family Dentistry employs two dentists. Dr. Randall and Dr. Reichert are doctors who specialize in oral health. Dentistry requires a team approach, and the dentists are the team leaders. Our hygienists, assistants, and front desk staff work hard to provide complete care that keeps you smiling!

Dr. Bradley Randall
Born and raised in Lawton, the comunity of Paw Paw feels like home to Dr. Randall. He graduated from the University of Michigan when his youngest son was three weeks old and has been serving at PPFD since 2008. Dr. Randall considers it a privilege to help patients maintain their healthiest smile and best overall physical well-being. Dr. Randall likes to play the guitar, waterski, and travel with his wife and two sons.

Dr. Troy Reichert
Dr. Reichert graduated from Loma Linda University and has been a part of the staff since 2015, serving alongside Dr. Randall. When asked what he values most about this town, Troy responds, “We have a friendly, laid-back community. They know how to work hard and play hard.” He stays active with football, basketball, golf, and racquetball. He and his wife are Detroit sports fans. They will be welcoming a baby boy in November!

Claire
Claire received her training at Kalamazoo Valley Community College and has been working here at the office since 2019. She is always grateful for the opportunity to meet new people and help them achieve beautiful, healthy smiles. Claire likes any sport in which her kids are playing, but basketball and baseball top the list. When asked about her own personal favorite flavor for dental paste, she says, “Grape!” Fitting for Paw Paw!

Rebekah
“I enjoy helping patients improve and maintain their oral health. I appreciate the general kindness of our staff towards others.” Rebekah received her training at Kellogg Community College and Jackson College. She has been a part of our staff for five years. She and her husband are new parents, raising a sweet little girl. In her free time, Rebekah chooses to hike and spend time with family. Thai food is her very favorite.

Renae
A Kalamazoo Valley Community College graduate, Renae has been a part of our staff since 2019. Speaking on her profession and the role it plays in community care, “I value that squeaky clean end results and a happy patient!” Renae appreciates the friendliness of Paw Paw and our small-town feel. She likes to camp with family, kayak, shop, attend concerts, and fish. Renae loves watching her girls play soccer, enjoys Mexican food, and has a spoiled mini Doxie at home.

Susan
Susan has served at PPFD since 2018. She graduated from Loma Linda University. Susan shares, “I love that my patients have a beautiful picture window to look out of and be curious about wildlife. The environment helps alleviate dental anxiety. Educating patients about optimal dental health and watching improvements occur over time is rewarding." Susan loves being with friends and family. She is also a wonderful cook and prioritizes community outreach events.

Vanessa
Vanessa has served our community since 2015. She loves catching up with her patients and enjoys her work colleagues. "It feels like we are an office family." Vanessa is married and has two bright young boys who keep her busy. They have a family dog named Captain Kenji and a cat called Nolie-Fazolie. Vanessa likes reading, writing, coloring, family time, cooking new recipes, traveling, hosting themed parties, and all arts and crafts. Vanessa is happiest outdoors in nature with her dog.

Bree
Bree received her training in Fullerton, CA. Having come from a larger city, she loves small towns and really enjoys working with her colleagues. Some of Bree’s hobbies include crafting, working in her flowerbeds, relaxing on the beach, or driving to explore new places. She has two grown children who are now professional adults. A bloodhound named Tripp and a cat named Harper keep her company at home. Bree joined us in 2023.

Chasity
Chasity received her training at Ross Medical Education Center. She grew up in Paw Paw and attended school locally, making her interaction with patients meaningful. Chasity loves to travel, go to concerts, and spend time on the lake with her family. Mexican or Italian food tops the list of her favorites, and basketball, softball, and tennis keep her active. She is a newlywed, has an Australian shepherd (Millie), a gold lab (Max), and a cat (Winston).

Courtney
Courtney has worked at Paw Paw Family Dentistry since 2019. She appreciates being able to help patients become more confident about their smiles. She likes to spend time with her nieces and nephews, travel with her husband on cruises, and be outside with their dogs (Dixie, a miniature long-haired dachshund, and Lucy, a catahoula leopard dog). Courtney and her husband welcomed a baby boy in May of 2024!

Brittney
Brittney has been a part of our office family since 2018. She is especially proud of the care we provide and the atmosphere we create as a team. During the warmer months she soaks up as much Michigan sunshine as possible through walking, biking, and swimming. Brittney attended Ross Medical and has been a loving parenting team with Patrick for ten years, raising two bright and adorable girls. Their family has three dogs (Jynx, Michael, and Mac), and one feisty kitty (Mochi).

Christina
With over a decade of service to Paw Paw Family Dentistry, Christina is an invaluable constant. She and her husband graduated from Paw Paw High School and have been married for 20 years. They like living and working in the same town, allowing them to see friendly familiar faces at the office, store, or even when out to dinner. Christina enjoys visiting National Parks, photography, botany, and culinary arts. As far as pets, Christina says, “We have cats. Too many cats.”

Jami
You can usually find Jami cheering on her children at various sporting events, such as hockey or soccer. Reading, music, and traveling bring her joy. She loves Italian food and coaches Allstar Cheerleading. Being a mother is one of her proudest accomplishments. Jami is a biological, adoptive, foster, and host mom. She greatly appreciates her husband who is very supportive of their busy family life. Jami has worked at PPFD since 2022.

Joy
Joy began working with Dr. Randall the first day Paw Paw Family Dentistry opened its doors for business in 2008! Joy worked alongside her husband, Dr. Ivan Olsen, who was also a practicing family dentist here in town. Together, they raised three adult children and have five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She remains the most sought-after staff member for hugs and hellos from colleagues and patients alike.

Lori
Lori is married to Dr. Randall. She has been learning the ropes at Paw Paw Family Dentistry following her career in education. Lunch dates with her boss make the days special! Brad and Lori have two teenage sons and a rambunctious bernedoodle. In her free time, Lori works with youth clubs, leads a moms' prayer group, teaches art lessons, plays flute in a community band, and enjoys kayaking. Family trips to Isle Royale National Park and the Boundary Waters are top memories.
